Data Deletion Instructions

Last updated: 2026-10-24

You can have everything this site holds about you deleted. Here is how.

Delete your email address and any messages

1. Email [email protected] with the subject "Delete my data".
2. Send it from the email address you want deleted, so I know the request is yours.
3. I delete your address from the email list (stored with Resend) and delete any emails you sent me, within 30 days.
4. I reply to confirm when it is done.

To stop the emails without deleting anything else, click the unsubscribe link at the bottom of any email. It works at once.

Data collected by the Meta Pixel

Pixel data goes to Meta, not to me, so Meta controls deleting it. You can remove it and stop future use here:

• Your activity off Meta technologies: clear past activity and turn off future activity.
• Meta ad preferences: control ads based on this activity.
• Without a Facebook account: aboutads.info/choices (US) or youronlinechoices.eu (EU and UK), or delete cookies in your browser.

Facebook Login and apps

This site has no Facebook Login and stores no data from your Facebook account. If that ever changes, you will be able to request deletion the same way: email [email protected].

More detail is in the privacy policy.
