AI for shop owners: sort one real week, live

Free. 40 minutes on Google Meet, at a time you pick. You bring the work on your desk. You leave with one task to run this week and a way to check it.

What happens

  • First five minutes: why the window is six months, not five years. Project 2045 is Mark's sourced tracker of shop work, rechecked on that cycle. You sort in short steps because a forecast past six months is a guess.
  • A demo shop week. An invoice check, and a follow-up text that invented a water softener the customer never bought. Each item is marked Now, Help, or Not yet. You watch it happen. It is a demo, not a customer result.
  • Your own week, from the list you brought. Just you and Mark, so every item gets sorted live.
  • One Now task you can run this week, and the check that tells you whether it held up.
  • The last minutes are optional. The $97 Get in Front of It workshop is 2 hours, with 12 founding seats. The email list hears the date first, and booking puts you on it. In it, you run your first task on your own paper and leave with a filled-in 90-day plan. Leave before that part if you want. The free session is already complete.

Who it's for

You run a local shop or trade: HVAC, plumbing, electrical, or a small shop in that class. You are curious about AI and tired of hype. You can bring one real week of your own desk work.

Who it's not for

Skip it if you want a promise of money saved or hours saved. This session does not make that promise. Skip it if you are an agency, a vendor, or shopping for a pitch. Skip it if you do not run the shop. This is not a software install.

What to bring

The list of what is actually on your desk this week: quotes, invoices, callbacks, scheduling, follow-ups. A phone is enough. Nothing to install.
